Peal Center - Philadelphia
Families of children with disabilities or special healthcare needs can call PEAL between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to speak with a parent advisor. There is no cost to the family for speaking with a parent advisor. We have parent advisors located in Western, Central, and Eastern Pennsylvania.
